Hello!:)

My name is Shama Patel. My professional journey began as a Counselling Psychologist and today (since the Universe had a very different plan for me), apart from being recognized as a Therapist, I feel blessed to have established myself as an Awakening Coach, Energy Healer, Initiator & an Intuitive Medium. Offering these healing services has been my way of contributing to the collective growth & evolution of the consciousness on this planet and beyond. It is my strong belief that when we heal, the entire planet & the Cosmos begins to heal with us.

My healing journey began when I started feeling extremely suffocated with all the unhealed aspects of myself, to a point where 'living' itself became exhaustive. This was when I decided to take up a Master's program in Counselling Psychology to heal my past and work towards restoring balance within.

As you know, the journey of healing is not always easy. Like most people, I also dreaded taking this route and did not trust myself or the unknown path forward. I was convinced that the Universe/God does not love me and is working against me, purposely making my life more difficult and unbearable. I had my fair share of challenges along the way and gave up hope more times than I could count.

To my surprise, while I was busy cribbing and cursing the Universe for putting me through pain and hardships, I did not realize that everything I was experiencing was contributing to me being groomed to become the person that I am today. My personal healing work gradually lead me to love & believe in myself, while strengthening my faith & trust in the workings of Life. The more I continued my self-work, the more refined a channel I became for the healing and wisdom to flow through. With time, I began to feel lighter & happier and more in sync with my core. I began experiencing a deep sense of knowing and a familiar bond with numerous healing techniques and concepts that I never knew existed. I am a curious soul and I learnt to unapologetically allow myself to pursue my desire to find answers to various fundamental/existential questions. The more I followed my inner guidance and allowed healing/release to be a part of my daily life, the more convinced I was that as spiritual beings, we are more extraordinary and powerful than we are made to believe.

With time, I began realizing that my purpose on this planet involved assisting others in their healing journey and initiating them on the path of embodying their higher self, so that they could experience the lightness & greatness that life has to offer.

As a therapist, I began to activate, heal and merge the cognitive & intuitive forces in my sessions. In the later years, when I started witnessing my own shift in consciousness, I was guided to add ancient healing and divination practices as a part of my offerings. That's when Evolve With Shama was born, and I was reborn with it.

This is my sacred space and I am happy to share my healing energies with you, enabling you to activate your inner healer and become a more conscious being of love.
