I first went to Shama may be 5 years ago. I was in a very bad shape emotionally, but I was also experiencing a spiritual existance for the first time. I was just beginning to understand that there is something more than our physical reality and I think that's what drew me towards Shama and her style of holding the space as a Psychologist. She understood the space I was in and gave me the reassurance that my need for mysticism is valid and real. I cannot thank her enough for this and the countless times she has validated me. Her support in my journey not just as a therapist but as herself, her being, has been a very powerful contributor. If I feel I am limitless, it is because I know somewhere out there, she has held the space for me to be that! I could not have imagined anyone better suited as my guide on my healing journey. She is now a part of my soul family in this lifetime. Anyone looking to be the best, most unapologetic version of themselves should definitely approach this beautiful beautiful human as their guide.
