Reflect & Meditate with me

Reflective & Meditative Space

Get a pen and paper, light some candles and incense (if you feel like), or sit under a tree and feel the fresh air caressing your skin. Let us take 10-15minutes to go inward. Each time you connect with this space, I will be energetically connected with you, meditating by your side.
Self reflective space is for you to just dwell on the self enquiry questions listed below and be present to whatever shows up for you. You can repeat this exercise daily if you like. Each time you do this, you might receive the same guidance or a different insight may show up or you may just find yourself in the space of nothingness. The idea is to allow and not judge whatever is showing up. This way we learn to flow with the breath of life, the breath of unknown. It is a powerful way of expanding the inner & higher mind, which helps us to connect and align with the true nature of our being, bringing clarity, stability, freedom and oneness within. 
You can either reflect on all the questions or choose any one at any given time. Advice here is to go slow and spend as much time as you need to with one question and let that be your meditative space for the day.
